Presentation

Bistro 121 is an old brewery in the 15th district in Rue de la Convention. The Mousset Brothers, well-known in the restaurant business welcome you in a large dinning-room. The cuisine is traditional with great recipes. You should try the home-made duck foie gras, the marinated raw salmon with ginger, and then the refined young calmars cooked in a Provencal sauce or also the filet heart of beef and its pepper sauce. For dessert, taste the “parfait” coffee ice-cream and the crisp of pear and hot chocolate.
