Presentation

Chef Arnaud MENE and Olivier MARIA decided together in 2007 to create a modern culinary temple, nestled between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.

Elegantly decorated, Le Clarisse provides an exquisite contemporary cuisine in a buzzy, cosmopolitan ambiance. Following the seasons, the elaborated dishes – such as Quail with morels, Fowl from Touraine, or Small lamb from Pays d’Oc with chickpeas, candied vegetables and garlic butter – are both delicate and generous.
