How it works ?

TheFork.co.uk is a real time restaurants booking platform. The 3 steps of booking are:

1. Search for a restaurant : You can search by area, dishes type, price range or search an adress with the map. Once you selected one or more criterias, a list appears. Click on the restaurant name to get more information on it.



2. Searching availability : Once you found a restaurant, you just have to click on « reservation » to get into the reservation « module ». It allows you to choose your date, your time and a number of people. Once those three information are filled into the system we check the restaurant availability and then you get the result



3. Enter your personnal information : by entering your information you will receive an email(Meantime you can also send the reservation details to the others, save the reservation into your Outlook agenda or cancel it).

How do the restaurants are selected?

In order to offer a "Premium" service, we do select restaurants mainly according food critics made by professionnals but also from our own experience.
Our goal is to propose you a large pannel of restaurants but knowing that you will have a good time thanks to the ambience, the service and above all the quality of the dishes. Ii this was not the case thank you for letting us know.

What is going on when you book a table ?

When you book a table, we directly check the availability into the restaurant electronic agenda. The reservation you make gets written directly into the restaurant agenda with the ones that are taken through the phone.
Then you just need to go to the restaurant on the "D" day and enjoy your time.
For Some restaurants or for last minute bookings, we call the restaurant to check the reservation.
