About the restaurant 1 Place Vendôme - Hôtel de Vendôme

"SEASONAL CUISINE - in terms of restaurant, cuisine of seasonal produce, based on a careful selection of products of exceptional quality. Freshness and accuracy of cooking are the watchwords. A transitory menu that changes regularly according to the market and the seasons.

THE CHEF - Josselin Marie, born at Rennes, decides to become a cook after seeing a report on Bernard Loiseau and his team at the age of 14. His first appointment was at the restaurant Le Bas at Barbizon, where the pace is fast, then he worked alongside Marc Meneau, before becoming chef at 1 Place Vendôme.

FOR WHISKY LOVERS - in terms of the Bar, you will find a menu of cocktails made from seasonal fruit and fresh herbs. Whisky lovers will be delighted by an exceptional and exclusive selection of whiskies in France, Single Malt, Single Cask, from 'The Scotch Malt Whisky society'."
