About the restaurant Bouquet - Hotel Hesperia Tower

"Bouquet restaurant, located on the second floor of the unique Hotel Hesperia Tower, manages to break away from the clichés that hotel restaurants are cold and soulless, with a strong Mediterranean personality and solid values which defend fresh produce and quality.

On the menu, traditional dishes easily go side by side with creative proposals to which chef Juan Cornejo gives an extra of taste and distinction. The pumpkin cream flavored with citrus, Iberian pig roast suckling pig at low temperature, the risotto with candied pear, Gorgonzola and Taleggio or orange creme brulee with vanilla ice cream. They are dishes that are worth a visit, and there are many more.

Its particular cascading decoration transforms throughout the day from brightness for business meetings, a special blue glow for more romantic late dates. An attractive building where the heart is certainly in the Bouquet restaurant. Discover its pulse!"

A quiet restaurant, nice place, quite good cooking. The only bad thing is even if you speak catalan, the waitress doesn't speak, neither she tries to.

Estuvimos un lunes. Una muy buena experiencia. La decoración y el ambiente era magnífico. Elegimos el tartar de salmón, las vieiras carmelizadas, el tataki de atún y el solomillo de ternera, y de postre el tiramisú de frutos rojos y el flan de mango. Comida muy buena, en el punto perfecto, aunque la pasta que acompañaba el atún estaba muy aceitosa y no se apreciaban casi los sabores.

We were on monday. A very good experience, the decor and atmosphere were magnifique. We chose the salmon tartare, the caramelized scallops, tuna tataki, beef tenderloin steak, red fruit tiramisu and mango pudding. Very good food, well done, although the pasta which served with tataki was very oily and its greasy texture prevailed over the other flavours. However I recommend the place.
