Our dinner at Restaurant Jeremy Galvan was simply amazing. I made our reservations from the States and everything worked out well. We and our friends had the "Let Go"! fixed price meal -- 7 courses, 3 paired wines. The quality and presentation of the food was outstanding, and the wines were perfect. We were greeted immediately and were seated us at the only open table. About half way through our dinner Chef came to greet us and although our French was very limited we were able to convey our pleasure. This is definitely a chef to watch!

Nice restaurant with intimate, romantic setting & friendly service. My only criticisms are that the wait times between courses were a bit on the long side (feels like they could do with extra staff when the place is full--which it was) & the beef (on both plates) was disappointingly tough.
Overall a lot good but not flawless & for the price I think that it should be.

Without a doubt the best restaurant I have eaten at in France. Exceptional food - quality, preparation and presentation. Excellent service from staff who can be proud of themselves. A brief comment does not do justice.

I chose the discovery menu, 7 courses with wine pairing. The last wine was too sweet to drink on its one but paired perfectly with the dessert. The dishes were quite inventive, but also tasted great, Parmesan mousse was unforgettably good. Will leave the rest of the dishes as a surprise!

Wonderful! Our friends said it was the best fish they had ever tasted. We rate it as the best we have experienced in lyon this year...

Words do not describe how amazing this meal was! We had the painted menu and the creativity added so much fun to the meal. The combination of flavors from unusually paired items works so well and you realize ingredients from an entirely different perspective. We Loved It!

My 13 year old son and I ordered the "painting menu" which was vague but described courses such as still life painting of fish or watercolor. We tried it just for the fun of it. The dishes were absolutely beautiful, and reminded you of pictures of art. We enjoyed not knowing what was coming next. Some of the dishes we liked were better than others (my son wasn't fond of froie gras) but I thought it was a delicious and complicated dish with layers of flavors. The fish was excellent. The beef was a little tough but the mouse accompanying it was fabulous. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable night and we got to try something new, tasty, and absolutely works of art.

One of the best meals we had in France! My only complaint was that it was a bit warm in the dining room:

This was our second time going to Jeremy Galvan and this time we went with friends - the food and the service were again excellent. Every dish brought sighs of pleasure from everyone, once with the presentation and then a second time with the flavors. I tried the Illusion menu (the ingredients are destructured so the visual presentation is disconnected from what you taste) - a great experience trying to identify the ingredients in the different courses and afterwards being told what it really was. The staff had a lot of fun with it and were extremely diplomatic when we got it wrong! We all had an excellent time - I can't wait to go back and share the experience with more friends!

This was my 20th reservation with La Fourchette and I have never given a 10/10 until now.

The theme of the dinner we had was "Champagne" and the Tarlant family was there to comment on their different nectars (brut, rosé, millisimé). The Champagnes were perfectly matched to the different courses - a meal perfectly prepared, wonderfully fresh, inventive and delicious.

The restaurant is intimate, the serving staff attentive and quick and the chef clearly passionate about what he does!

I've been telling all my friends about my experience at this restaurant - I recommend it wholeheartedly!
