"A NEO-CLASSICAL STYLE - not very far removed from the Champs Elysées, Lasserre is one of the best locations in the capital. The roof of the dining room lights up the room decorated in a neo-classical style with beautiful orchids. THE CHEF - Christophe Moret entered the hotel management school of Blois in 1986, and a few years later, he joined the kitchens of Alain Ducasse at Monaco, in Louis XV, then he took over management of the Spoon in 1998, before succeeding Jean-François Piège at the Plaza Athénée. After 10 years of working at the side of Alain Ducasse, Christophe Moret joined the prestigious restaurant Lasserre in 2010.
