About the restaurant Pur' - Jean-François Rouquette - Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme

"MAJESTIC - discover a landmark of Parisian gastronomy very close to place Vendôme within the luxurious Palace Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme. A true hymn to elegance, the sober and sublime decoration is signed Ed Tuttle.

THE CHEF - Jean-François Rouquette comes from a family from Aveyron, his grandfather had a boxing- club bar near Porte d'Asnières, then he moved into a brasserie of Val d'Oise. The now-renowned chef thus began by serving cafés at the age of 12, and then quickly started making pastries. After school, he worked at Petit Riche, then at Crillon, Martinez in Cannes, Grand Véfour... It was only in 2005 that he became chef of Pur'.
