          About the restaurant Sonatines

          LE CONCERT DES SAVEURS – À deux pas de la Porte d’Orléans, Sonatines est un véritable coup de coeur. Le cadre sobre et chaleureux vient d’être refait avec goût, la cuisine dirigée par le Chef Shigeo Saito, un ex de chez Taillevent et du Bristol, fait résonner les saveurs.

          MENU SONATINES – Menu surprise composé de 7 plats, deux entrées, deux plats, fromage ,un avant-dessert et un dessert (sans oublier les amuse-bouches), le menu Sonatines est une valeur sûre pour découvrir le talent du Chef et le métier du maître d’hôtel, qui assure comme un Chef d’orchestre.

          The chef should definitely avoid serving and focus in cooking.
          The place was almost empty and the service was slow.

          The food and presentation was outstanding. Both delicious and beautiful. The service was prompt but non intrusive. A 3 part amuse bouche and a 3 part sweet were gratis with the meal. Generous portions, starter and entree left no room for dessert.
