These conditions apply to the "AH restaurant promotion" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"). · The Promotion is organized by Albert Heijn B.V. ("AH"), We Do Retail B.V. ("WDR") and IENS Independent Index B.V. ("IENS").


I. Saving AH is responsible for issuing the AH restaurant stamps. ·

From 2 July to 22 July 2018 you will receive 1 AH restaurant stamp with every 10 euros of groceries per transaction at all Albert Heijn stores in The Netherlands and online on ah.nl. · The calculation of the number of saving stamps on your purchase on ah.nl is done in the same way as in all Albert Heijn stores. At ah.nl, the number of saving stamps is calculated on the gross receipt amount, before the settlement of the Bonus discount, on the moment you place your order. · AH to go stores are excluded from participation in the Promotion. · Your discount card is full once you have collected 4 original AH restaurant stamps. · Products excluded from the Promotion are liquor, tobacco, infant food for children up to 1 year, books, telephone cards, stamps, gift cards and vouchers, entrance tickets, tickets, call credit, deposits and packaging. · AH restaurant stamps are not issued on the purchase price of these products. · Customers who use the self scan must give the receipt to the employee on the self scan check out in order to receive the AH restaurant stamps.


II. Returning · IENS is responsible for managing reservations at the participating restaurants and receiving the full discount cards. · You receive the 2nd three-course menu or the second lunch free of charge (excluding drinks and other extras) with the full discount card at participating restaurants. · Full discount cards can be handed in at the participating restaurants from 2 July 2018 to 31 January 2019. · You can only hand in the discount cards at the participating restaurants in the Netherlands, in combination with an online reservation made via IENS on the following website: www.ahrestaurantactie.nl or via the IENS app. A reservation will be confirmed per email by IENS. • For every even number of people, hand in the full discount card at the restaurant for the 2nd 3-course menu or the 2nd lunch for free. · On www.ahrestaurantactie.nl you will find all participating restaurants that offer a 2nd 3-course menu or 2nd lunch for free based on the Promotion · Children's menus are excluded from the Promotion. · Some restaurants offer an à la carte menu, where you are completely free in composing your own 3-course menu. You receive the lowest priced dish per course for free, if you order at least two starters, two mains and two desserts. · Other restaurants offer you a special menu, with a minimum of three options for starters, three mains and three desserts including dishes from the regular menu. You can create your own menu from this set menu. · If you choose a second lunch for free, then it differs per restaurant how many courses are served. You can see this during the reservation process. · The discount card is not valid in combination with any other promotions, offers or gift cards from IENS or the participating restaurants unless otherwise indicated by the participating restaurant. · You can use the AH restaurant promotion every day, depending on the availability of the participating restaurants, as displayed on www.ahrestaurantactie.nl · Restaurants can become fully booked by the end of the promotion. “First come - first served” applies here. · You can see when a restaurant is fully booked when there is no longer an AH Menu shown on the desired date · The AH restaurant promotion is valid for parties of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people. The Promotion only works for groups of two, four, six or eight that take 1, 2, 3 or 4 discount cards respectively. If you have an odd number of guests in your group, the third, fifth or seventh guest cannot benefit from the Promotion · Only original AH restaurant stamps and discount cards are exchangeable at the participating restaurants. · The participating restaurants reserve the right to exclude public holidays from the promotion and AH restaurant stamps and discount cards who do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent. · Full discount cards cannot be combined with Air Miles to be redeemed. · Individual AH restaurant stamps and discount cards with less than 4 AH restaurant stamps are not exchangeable. · Full discount cards cannot be sold or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash or other value compensation.



III. Final provisions · AH, WDR, IENS and the auxiliary persons or third parties are not liable for any damage caused due to the Promotion, nor for any damage or injury to property and / or persons as a result of the visit to the participating restaurants. · For questions, complaints and / or comments regarding the saving of the stamps, please visit ah.nl/klantenservice.· For questions, complaints and / or comments regarding the reservation of the restaurants, the adjustment or cancellation of a reservation or handing in the discount card you can visit iens.nl/contact. · Check www.ah.nl/restaurantactie for more information and the other general conditions and privacy policy. · AH, IENS and WDR reserve the right to change the terms and conditions during the promotion and / or to terminate the Promotion prematurely · Dutch law applies to this savings campaign.
