How do I modify my account?

If you want to change any personal information from your profile of TheFork (email, mobile, etc.) you can do so by logging in to your account.

For that, you have to go to the top of the web page TheFork, to click on login, enter your email, password and go to My settings.

How do I cancel my booking?

Nothing is easier than to cancel a booking !

To cancel your reservation you can either click the link in the confirmation email or SMS. You can also cancel by accessing your reservations in your online or APP account.

How long after the booking can I leave a review?

You have 3 months from the date of the booking to leave your review.

However, we recommend that you leave your review as soon as possible so that you remember all the details of your dining experience!

How do I use my loyalty discount?

Select a a participating restaurant.

When you finalize your reservation, check "I want to use my 1000/2000 Yums to benefit from a loyalty discount of 10 € / 25 € on the bill".
