Our reservation was not on their sustem. Manager was rude and made the issue to be our problem. Got us seaten in spot by a waiter and then manager came and toldn us that the table was reserved and how dare we sit without asking Will not go to piccolilo ever

Slow to seat us, we were ignored by all staff when we arrived so we just sat anywhere. That finally brought someone who said we couldn’t sit there. Ok with initial service food and drink orders taken promptly but to get a follow up drink took constant waving and it took the attention of a woman 2tables away to get us some service. Husband enjoyed his food but my pasta was below par. Wouldn’t go again with deliberately poor service.

Left waiting on footpath. Could not find booking. Change of menu from Spanish tapas to yet another Italian restaurant in Hastings street. Observed waiters wiping tables with rags then serving patrons during COVID crisis. Left in disgust.

Lovely friendly staff and great atmosphere. The meatballs were delicious ????will be back again. Great position on the rooftop. The Italian Pinot Grigio ????

While the food was incredible and staff were good; we get a m3ssage 1 hour before saying your booking confirmed then we arrive and we have no booking. Very embassing when you have 4 friends. Dont use this service book direct
