A rare pearl among our careful selection of the best addresses right now
The 100 Maneiras located at Rua do Teixeira, 39, is the natural evolution of nº 35, the former restaurant on the same street which for 10 years marked the rebirth and rise of chef Ljubomir Stanisic.
This space is the result of years of research and a sign of maturity of the chef and the 100 Maneiras group. Divided into 3 rooms (The Glass Room, The Dining Table and The Back Room), it combines nature and cosmopolitanism, ruin and luxury.
A restaurant that is the result of many life stories, but, above all, the story of Ljubomir Stanisic, the most-portuguese-yugoslav-chef-ever. It is a personal story that brings together sustenance and substance, food and drinks.
This new 100 Maneiras is many things and the menu works as a letter of intent. First we know where everything (him, the chef) was born, then we see how he grew up, where he traveled to and what marked him.
With a "stirred" cocktail bar, led by the award winning team of Bistro 100 Maneiras, and a wine list with more than 500 references, it is proved at the table (and beyond it) that life is a verb that can be combined in many ways. Much more than 100 ...!

Excellent
The food comes in "moments" moments of joy, surprise, admiration for the chef. The flavours are very expressive, almost "brutal" but in an emotional positive way. The wine pairing (expensive but worth every euro) lifts this up to an unforgettable experience. Obrigado ljubomir Stanicic and staff for making our 10th anniversary as a couple a day to remember. See you in 10 years when you will have more than 1 star.
Absolutely fantastic! We had The Story and loved every moment of the journey!
An incredible experience, filled with subversive moments, honest and unpretentious food topped with a wonderful, friendly staff. For almost 3 hours we were presented with the gastronomical version of a superstar chef's life story.
Beautiful place, food, wine, service... this is the meaning of beauty itself. We enjoyed every taste
Excelente!!!
This was one of the best dinners I had in the last 24 months. Pedro was a wonderful host and I can only say that everything was close to perfection. The wine pairing was outstanding with some jewels I was thrilled to taste. This restaurant is now on my top 3 for Portugal
Brilliant experience.
One of the top restaurants in the world! Excellent food, service and atmosphere!
A wonderful dining experience
A must do when in Lisbon. Everything, from the service to the kitchen to the details of every single plate is perfection. It’s unsettling how beautifully put together the whole concept of the restaurant is. Trust, book, and enjoy the ride!
We decided to do the 17 tasting plates with 6 wines The cuisines was spectacular! Each plate was so uniques and outstanding we were amazed! The chef highlights flavors from his own country, Bosnia as well as Portugal. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Although this restaurant is not for someone on a budget, it is a uniques experience. I highly recommend!
The restaurant was too theme park for me. Almost each course had inedible elements - like rocks. It was beautifully presented but other than a big piece of bread at the beginning and a big piece of dessert at the end, portions were minuscule. They tried to default to the 110 euro menu when all I wanted was the 80 euro meal. Everything felt like it was trying to hard to be cool. Food was good but portion sizes need to be better balanced with better portion control throughout.
The restaurant is a bit hard to find if you are new to Lisbon. Once in the door, the staff could not have been nicer. Our Portuguese is nonexistent; they coped well with a couple of foreigners. They served up a sequence of delicious and unique items, expertly paired with fine Portuguese wines. Beyond a fine meal, to a great experience.
Possibly one of the best menus in Lisbon, a true voyage across Europe and into Ljubomir’s mind and memories, with touching moments and a lot of emotion and skills in the plates. Can’t wait to be back
Fantastic experience!!! Every course was a surprising adventure, beautifully paired.
O my god. What an experience. What an adventure for all sences. We had a great evening with the very kind and attentively staff. The dishes and the different wines - unforgetable!
The food was great. Really interesting and well executed. All the staff want to make it an experience that you will enjoy, and they make an effort to make it fun, interesting and quirky - the food remains top quality with a innovation and thought in each dish. Although it is an expensive night out, you get an astonishing variety and amount of food (14 dishes - some with several elements) and a knowledgeable sommelier. Cool surroundings and a great night out.
Truly amazing experience, expect the unexpected! We really had a great time. Warm thanks to team for the great atmosphere of this truly wowed food journey.
One of the best meals in my life!!! Even more with the wine pairing. Worth every dollar if you like experiencing your meals with all of your senses. Great service!! Lots of attention to little details that makes all the difference!
Good service but very surprised about how salty the food was. Quite disappointing
