Our favourite restaurant in Loule. Food and service is always excellent. Would recommend the seared tuna and goats cheese....... delicious.

Fantastic find!

This is by far the best restaurant on The Algarve. Nestled inside the castle walls, this beautifully restored, 300 year old building is tastefully decorated and lit to create the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening eating the most delicious food. The extensive menu is brought to your table on a large blackboard and you are able to take your time making your choice whilst your drinks are served. The waiters are very helpful in suggesting dishes and we were not disappointed - the cherry tomato bruschetta is to die for. All our choices were delicious and artfully presented. We had 6 dishes in total between the two of us and, with drinks, the bill was only 40 euros. This is not a night to be rushed, though. Give yourself at least two hours to sit back, enjoy the food and wine and watch the world go by. Divine!

Relaxed, trendy restaurant with a lot vibe. Super friendly staff, excellent cocktails. Small but attractive outside seating. Inside, gorgeous vaulted dining in two levels. Delicious tapas food & reasonable value. Will definitely visit again. Docked 1 point as a dish was forgotten, otherwise a perfect evening.
