We were at 14 Hills for a lunch meeting and we all thought it was an absolutely fantastic choice of restaurant. Great service, excellent food and amazing views!

The food was good just not great. One of the meals had to be sent back. I found the service really disappointing, very slow. I ordered a diet coke and it took more than half an hour to bring (this was during the meal). We missed the train we were due to get as a result of the slow service. Otherwise, a lovely place.

This restaurant was amazing staff are nice and very welcoming keep it up. Best place to have your birthday. Rooftop was amazing as well as the views.

The restaurant was overrated (social media) and overpriced for the quantity of food received. The staff was nice although not accommodating at all regarding the food.

I was a bit disappointed I was forced to choose from the chefs menu because my guest wanted two of the courses. I wanted something from the regular menu and was told I wasn’t allowed. Then I found a live insect in my starter. The staff refunded me but I didn’t want the meal in the first place

It was a fantastic experience. Staff very friendly, cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The staff at the reception was not very friendly but everything else was so fantastic that we can ignore it . I recommend this restaurant.

Service was appalling, we had to ask for menus, we had to ask to give our orders, we had to wait for ages for each course. Given you are given a 2 hour time slot, the fact that we were there for 3 hours 40 minutes shows how slow and how terrible the service was. So disappointing given that this was supposed to be a family celebration. Several of the party left very upset

Nice decor. Food was ok but could have been warmer. Felt like there was a staff shortage as there were long waits between courses and drinks. Asked for condiments twice by the time they had arrived we had nearly finished our course.

Our experience at 14 Hills on the whole was a good one. Reservation was handled correctly, table was ready when we arrived. Service and attention was good. As for food the salad was disappointing as it was nothing special considering the cost for it. The fish dish was very good, tasty and well presented. One thing that could be improved is making sure both the plates and food arrives hot, ours was luke warm. The one major minus for this place is the level of sound. The music being played all thru the evening without a break had a decibel reading of 75 to almost 90 decibels. This made conversation across the table very difficult if not impossible furthermore continuous noise at this level is harmful to all ears so a warning to all especially for those with sensitive ears.

Absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to come again. The service was excellent, the food delicious and everyone working had smiles on their faces. I will definitely come here again, a 10/10 for sure!!
