The steak was really really bad- Mac and cheese was like boiled pasta with sprinkles of grated cheese on it. Very very disappointed but the waiter was really nice to us.

Been here a few times previously and it’s been ok, but this time was awful. Service was ridiculously slow, menu was much smaller than we’ve had before and even then they didn’t have everything available. One meal came out several minutes after the others, table was half cleared, drinks took ages, we gave up waiting for a dessert order to even be taken as we had sat there so long and just wanted to pay and leave. When I complained to our waiter and refused to pay the service charge, he couldn’t of cared less. He just told me they only had one bar person working, but that didn’t explain away the whole experience we had. No apology, no offer of discount or to get a manager, Won’t be eating here again, there’s so many eating options in this area, they need to do better.

Don't go for a la carte menu at breakfast. Choose the buffet as it's far better. We waited an age and were served the wrong thing. We then ordered something else which again took a while. Waiter was sweet but either new or not suited to the job. Manageress very efficient and waived the charge. Won't be back in a hurry.

Popular restaurant with a great buzz. Menu a bit predictable but quality of food was good. Delightful staff and good service. Happy hour - 2 for one cocktails until 7pm! ????

Absolutely awful - half menu was unavailable. There was no pizzas, no salmons dishes, no crayfish dishes and that was half the menu gone. The manager had a very defensive aggressive manner when we explained how dissatisfied we were and his attitude was it is what it is and if you don’t like, go somewhere else. He didn’t give any sympathy or try to accommodate. Extremely disappointing as it completely ruined our night.

Fabulous restaurant with great gin distillery within. cocktails are great, particularly in happy hour! But above all, the staff are excellent. Bart and Emily really looked after us.

Disappointing start as the staff member at the door seating guests was very grumpy. No smiles or interaction. No guidance as to what would happen, who would serve us etc. After this the resteraunt staff took over and were absolutely lovely. I noted she was the same with all guests. Such a shame. The food was lovely and we tipped accordingly.

I booked a table for my mums birthday, asked for a special request which didn’t even get done, on arrival after I booked a table they didn’t have the table ready and we had to wait 10 mins for it to be cleaned. When we finally got to our table the waiter took our order once we got our food the steak we paid for was cold! The side of lettuce was literally chopped in 2 half’s and we only had 1 stem of broccoli, when eating our food we didn’t even get approached by 1 waiter/waitress to see if we were okay and if our food was as expected. We waited around 10 mins to get a steak knife after we were given our steaks. We then asked for the bill the services was appalling. After asking the waiter to take the service charge off he was so rude after we said the steaks were cold and said we never got approached too see if the food was okay. The waiter then said “well it happens sometimes” chucked us the bill and walked off. First time coming to this place for a special occasion and we get treated like this. This is outrageous and I will not be coming back again and will not recommend this place to anyone, Staff need to show more respect!!!!

Service was atrocious- between arriving, waiting to order food & food arriving. Had 40 min wait for food and no sauces available with steak. Dessert menu brought out and that was a waste of time as 3 out of 4 not available. Avoid this place

Very well decorated restaurant and bar. Things are good looking from outside and inside. Very close to the London bridge station and sight seeing spots.
