The flavour of the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered a tomato salad that was bland with only Olive Oil which could have used a drizzle of balsamic reduction to add some flavour and up the presentation. When I asked the waiter for balsamic vinegar, he just brought out vinegar. They were out of chunky chips at 6pm and didn’t have mashed potatoes so the only option for my husband was crab potatoes which were absolutely disgusting. They smelt and tasted fishy. Not sure who thought that was a good idea? The server didn’t even comp the disgusting fishy potatoes when we wanted the chunky chips that they had run out of. A bit of customer service would’ve been nice there. We thought everything was overly priced for what it was. We will not be coming back.

The ribeye was nice, wouldn't say it was the best meat grade for the price but was good. The filet wasn't good - it's not difficult to source good quality filet mignon and the knife should glide through it, but this one was a bit tough, a bit overcooked as well, but to be fair, they swapped it for a ribeye and that was fine. The truffle fries are a bit too salty. Fantastic decor and spectacular views, would recommend this place for that alone and would certainly come back for drinks.

Food - excellent. Decor - gorgeous! Views - wonderful. Service - we were left for ages, weren’t checked on once in a 2 hour sitting and had to keep asking to order more courses. Drinks were missed and we just felt generally forgotten about. Shame, we’d promised our children a really lovely treat and being left and hungry didn’t give a great experience.

Can't believe the increase in price, and the really sneaky presentation of sharing lobster and steak now priced "per person" rather than a single price, masking a near 30% increase. A £520 bill for 2 people even allowing for inclusion of a £94 bottle wine is well beyond reasonable value. Having visited many times, I won't be coming back.......

Unfortunately we had to wait for our first course for over an hour and when it arrived the 2 soups were cold and very unpleasant so we’re left uneaten. The main was ok but lacked a bit of flavour and again cold and the dessert was very average the lemon sorbet was so sharp it was inedible. Lovely setting but food let it down

Booked a meal for a graduation celebration and it did not disappoint. From the start the waiter helped with the wine choice. His knowledge was clear on the menu and again helped with out fish choice. The whole meal, drink and experience was excellent

Lovely view. Nicely presented decor. Long wait to be seated despite being on time(early even) and a long wait to receive starters and again for mains. Very pricey for fairly average food. Nothing wrong with our meal, just that you're paying for the view experience, not the taste experience Portion sizes were just right but not a meal that would make me return.

Wouldn’t even let me through the door as I had smart shorts on. Dress code on the website doesn’t state no shorts whatsoever. All good though because we went to the Ivy next door and had the best dining experience ever

Fabulous...apart from unisex washing in toilets. My wife was intimidated by the presence if strange men as she tried to refresh her makeup, and I was pushed to one side by a gaggle of gosipping young women. Spoiled a lovely day.

The decor and the service at 20 stories is really amazing! However my friend said the sirloin steak wasn’t amazing and also I could have done with more veg/vegan options. I did have the beetroot wellington which was delicious, but would have liked more pastry. Overall we had a lovely evening

This was a anniversary treat for the other half and we were made to feel like royalty a spectacular view with swift professional service, the staff are amazing and pleasant and the food was absolutely stunning, I would happily eat here any time

Went here to celebrate my friends birthday and new visa status, everything was lovely apart from portion size. Couldn't fill a tiny skinny person on these servings and I'm not even overweight either. The waiters were excellent though, and nice environment too. I imagine that's what we're truly paying for.

The staff were welcoming and the service good and pleasant with the exception of the bar staff. We went to the bar for a drink after arriving early and were ignored for about ten minutes. Really spoiled the start of a pleasant evening
