The wine was really good, as the seat we were assigned. The location is really nice for intimate conversations and date. The brocoli entreé was a little bit too small and weird tasting, maybe too acid but that is personal opinion, while the topinambur and champignon one was really great. The main dishes (beef and porc) were perfect, good taste and portion for the price so i hope they keep it that way. Sadly the attention was a bit lacking, just the standard for french restaurants, a bit too long wait after entry and few attention during the meal. If they had better attention probably it would get a 8,5/10

Nice ambiance but couldn't get past the very tough dry porc. Partner had terriaki chicken and that was better. Sauces were best part of the meal.

Wonderfully balanced and beautifully presented dishes alongside friendly, relaxed and helpful service made for a special evening. Finding gems like A Cantina makes dining out in new places an exciting adventure. If we're in Nantes again, we will definitely go back!!
