A’Cuncuma is one of a kind. Lots of fresh tales on classics that breath new life into the dishes. Valentina, the sommelier, is incredible. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. She helped us pair wines throughout our meal - everything was perfect. We stayed in Palermo for one month and despite the many food options, we had dinner at A’Cuncuma twice. The food is incredible and the service is outstanding. Thanks Valentina!

We had the sea tasting menu & everything was delicious! Service was great, with every dish explained. We had a wonderful evening, but felt that the restaurant was too warm inside. Some air conditioning would have made it a little more comfortable. All in all, we would recommend eating here because the meal was inventive & delicious. So happy to have some creative Italian food!

Dinner was so good we immediately booked for our second evening in Palermo. The staff were fluent in English (so did not need my rudimentary Italian), attentive and expert, matching the quality of the food.

The dinner was an excellent experience ! The food was absolutely delicious and so creative !! We chose the menu with wine pairing and it was just mervellous. We discovered Sicilian food and also Sicilian wines. The service was perfect, kind and very nice. The restaurant itself is really welcoming and the crockery is elegant and has a lot of class ! We will go back during our next stay in Palermo, Enjoy !!

We had a bit more of a complication since my wife is pregnant. The team was very flexible and created a wonderful experience. Food is marvelous. Wines are very good. Pace was a bit high so please slow down a bit. Since many places in tourist areas are very overpriced, just go here and get perfect value for the money.

A fantastic dining experience not to be missed. We enjoyed the delicious 8 course tasting menu paired with 4 amazing complementary wines. The service team was outstanding. Chef Vincenzo personally delivered each course, poured each glass of wine and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. The dessert was a phenomenal experience in itself!

The food was disappointing compared to the others we were in this trip in Palermo. The tasting menu is not well thought out and felt like a series of amuse Boucher. Flavours were ok but nothing to shout about, except for a beef dish that had a very interesting texture. The wine pairing was disappointing, not really thought out to pair with the food at all. Just stick to selecting a bottle from the list and be done with.

A Cuncuma is a little restaurant with only a few tables in two areas. For us it lacked a little ambience as it was very bright lights. The staff where pleasant and welcoming and the quality of the food and presentation was really good, however for myself and my partner we found the flavour fluidity quiet off on the 8 course tasting menu! For me I did not enjoy the plates and flavours that where presented so well. I believe that 9ther people will find this modern Sicilian cuisine to be delightful but for me in particular the beef tatar cake with the carbon charcoal around was really unwelcome to my taste buds. It kind of ruined the experience for me.

Utrolig lækker mad. De har taget mange kendte elementer fra det sicilianske køkken og givet dem et sjovt twist. Hver ret var en oplevelse og perfekt afbalanceret ift smage og konsistenser. Stor anbefaling!
