The food was delightful and the servers were very attentive, considering how busy it seemed. The tasting menu me and my partner had was great only comments, i have towards it the shrimp curry as the main could of done with more of a punch it seemed lacking next to the sweet and salty charcoal chicken. The pork dumpling/dim sum and the lemongrass sesame pastry courses definitely had us wanting more ( almost ordered another portion of each but my partner was full) and to have any comment other than amazing on the sushi in a Japanese fusion restaurant would be distasteful. I marked down on server due to having multiple faces appear at the table asking repeat questions it wasn't a bother just feels like communication and delegation between management and staff wavered. The mark down on ambiance was the fact the gentleman on the table next to us was being obnoxious (after mentioning to the server he was local and putting his feet up on the chairs like he owned the place) not a reflection on the restaurant but it did affect the overall experience

We loved it. We got a warm welcome and we where able to sit 10 minutes earlier than reserved. Good food, good presentation and the servers made us feel at home. All and all a great experience.

This restaurant disappointed me. The only one this is good there is food but it is too expensive for such a place as the service level and atmosphere deserve to be better. Waiters couldn't give us the detailed information about food and drinks, we have been waiting for our bill for more than 20min. The restaurant is dark and when you leave it your clothes soaked in the smell of kitchen which is not acceptable for a Michelin restaurant.

Wonderful restaurant! It was a really nice discovery in a nice ambiance and the food was excellent! If needed, the staff can provide tips on the number of dishes needed if you are there with a group.

We had a dinner as a group of 4 person. Food was overall good. Only, the vegetatian options are too limited. They only have some vegetarian maki's and they were unfortunately not even properly wrapped. Moss of the sushi were already opened when they were in the serving dish. So for me, it was a little bit disappointment but my friends had great dinner with good quality food.

This is the fourth time, we come twice a year, we were really looking forward to coming back to eat here, we ordered the surprise menu as usual, it was just disappointing, really not as tasty as always, maybe they changed the chef, maybe they changed the type of rice they use. But the taste, not similar to the memory, I wish it was a one-time thing.

This place is a gem, you can understand why there are queues out there door! Brilliant food. My favourite bite was the beef truffle- delicious and so well balanced! The service was quick and helpful!

The food is excellent, it is in walking distance from the central station which is an added bonus. The service is attentive and quick 2nd time visiting and would def recommend and come back.

Okay restaurant but no extraordinary things as a Michelin-starred restaurant. I would recommend their special sushi rolls and the desserts - they are really good and worth a try. The Oysters are fresh and the grilled meat were well marinated and cooked. On the other side, their chef's special dish - the Larb Gai is disappointing as you can clearly taste the flavor of old meat in the mince chicken. The Noodle box was too oily and the Mama Wong dumpling had a fairly thick dough.

The food itself was very good but being a Michelin award winning restaurant I was definitely expecting more. The service could and should improve in the sense of making the clients feel more welcomed and with a staff ready to help with the menu whenever needed. When it was time to pay, the card machine wasn’t working and they offered me to go to an ATM but I requested the option that was initially agreed - use the machine from a close by establishment. I understand that misfortunes may happen so that isn’t the complain but it’s important to always stick to what it was agreed at the start instead of trying to change it at the end. In summary, because it has so many Michelin awards, I was definitely expecting more.

The food was very good, but the waiting time was too long. And this wouldn't have been a problem because the restaurant was full, but when all people who entered the restaurant after 10 min then us, got their orders and we still didn't get 8 pieces of sushi, then it was a problem.

Really enjoyed our meal, only one suggestion is maybe the bib gourmand menu can change more often and the portion sizes be larger. I feel the portion for 3 shared dining is the same as 2 on certain dishes

We loved the creative dishes. The only one that didn’t wow us was the Malaysian chicken satay. We would like to see some more vegetables and dumplings without pork on the menu but there’s still plenty to choose from. Next time we will take a tasting menu to try some more things.

Welcoming warm staff, super accommodating beyond belief! Cozy atmosphere, by the amount of people bathing there on a week night you know the food is outstanding! Yet the manage to allow you have an intimate dinner in this setting. Seriously every dish is s masterpiece! Impressive!!!

By far the best sushi I’ve ever had, will gladly go here time and time again! Have already recommended it to others. For the price, choice and quality of food this is the best I’ve had by some distance. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam to experience the food whether it be eating in or taking out.

Shared dinner concept with very good fusion food and very good service. The room is rather small and the tables are tightly packed. It is an ideal cozy place for couples and small groups of friends. The choice of food is wide and the sushis are innovative and tasty.

All the food was good and fresh. The service was efficient and hospitable. The sushi were our standout dishes for everyone at our table. The dim sum was good, but the wrapping a bit thick - it could be more delicate. The miso soup was delicious. The noodle box was nice but aside from using udon noodles - there was nothing original about it. The sweet crispy chicken was tasty and one could add chili if you want extra heat. The Singapore shrimp was good - again you could add the chili if you desire more heat.
