The grilled seabass was delicious, the shrimps were disappointing.

Really nice place in the centre of Peniche. We ate asparagus risotto and the super tubo prawns and both were delicious dishes. Seafood is very fresh, the service is amazing and attentive and vegetarian friendly. Highly recommended

Service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and polite, even when we reported problems with the food he was doing his best to mitigate the situation. The food was delivered quite fast. We ordered "polvo a lagareiro" because we heard it's good here. Unfortunately, it was the real disappointment... There were 3 dishes and every octopus was full of sand so it was barely possible to eat it. It completely ruined all the good impressions we had.

Great dinning experience! We started with tender octopus salad, olives and bread. We shared a fresh and tasty mixed salad. The main dish was grilled rd snapper, supper yummy! Had a liter of Sangria. Ended the meal with capaccinos. Allow your waiter to guide you with recommendations and you will not be disappointed. our waiter was very friendly, but not familiar. The restaurant is on a side street and very appealing. We sat outside, but inside looked just as comfortable. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent fish and local wine

Great restaurant. Typically Portuguese with fantastic fresh grilled fish. Very popular with locals and by 8pm restaurant had filled up and had a good vibe. Good value with total bill coming to €56 include bottle of wine and two kids ice Creams! Definitely worth trying out.

Nice, busy good-value restaurant. Sardines excellent. Good friendly service. Be careful of some of the English fish names - as we have discovered elsewhere in Portugal the fish names are sometimes translated wrong, so make sure you are getting what you think you're getting! :-) However, it'll be good anyway....

There is always fresh fish and the desserts are homemade! The ingredients are fresh and very well prepared. I've had the opportunity to eat different grilled fish dishes and always found them juicy and tasty. The service is pleasant and the manager Mr. Antonio, is a gentlemen in the art of hospitality.
