    The kitchen is brilliant. The wait staff is pleasant but disorganized. A 2 hour lunch became a 3 hour lunch for no obvious reason. When you have 6-8 waiters rather than one, the ambiance is more banquet hall than fine restaurant; annoying at this price point. Still, the cooking merits the stop.

    We were blown away with the setting( near the sea) , the hospitality and the quality of the food. My husband’s needs ( gluten free) were met with great flexibility, nothing was too much for the staff. I am suspended that the restaurant does not yet have a Michelin star.

    Depuis l'accueil jusqu'au départ y compris la qualité des plats tout relève d'un haut niveau dans ce restaurant. L'environnement extérieur côté route n'est pas favorable mais une fois à l'intérieur on apprécie aussitôt le cadre et l'accueil. Produits de la mer bien sélectionnés selon leur fraicheur et leur qualité. Des idées pour mettre en valeur les saveurs grâce à un assemblage réussi d'assaisonnements tout en finesse et qui permet de faire des découvertes. Les desserts sont particulièrement attractifs également par la recherche d'apports d'arômes complémentaires, par ex. des crèmes glacées différentes accompagnées d'une dégustation d'alcools bien mariés. Une cave avec des bouteilles parmi les plus réussies (sur les champagnes, par ex. Sélosse ). A noter aussi une attention particulière pour ceux qui fréquentent les toilettes : une brosse à dents avec petit tube de dentifrice ! En conclusion une adresse qui suscite chez l'amateur éclairé l'envie de nouveaux goûts

ACCOGLIENZA E SIMPATIA - I titolari Claudio e Pervinca sanno fondere simpatia e professionalità, seguendo in modo accattivante e discreto i clienti. Nulla è lasciato al caso: dal pane fatto in casa alle appetitose entrées, ai primi piatti di pasta casereccia.

PESCE NOSTRANO - Insieme a crostacei e frutti di mare, il pesce (sempre rigorosamente fresco, assortito e nostrano, tranne ovviamente le ostriche) è protagonista delle varie prelibatezze che vengono ogni volta preparate espressamente con cura e creatività da un’affiatata ed organizzata équipe.
