Terrific little restaurant. A great find. We ate there every night of our short break. The food is truly excellent; the staff are very friendly; and the atmosphere is great.

Generally poor food; the pasta with frutta di mare was entirely mussels and vongole. The Genovese pasta had a postage stamp size piece of meat. Lacking in generosity all round.

We arrived having booked the table to find two waiters notable for their contrast with the usual Neapolitan bonhomie and welcome. We did not feel at all welcomed and since, at 7.45 pm, only one other table in the restaurant was occupied, we decided to cut our losses and go elsewhere. Perhaps we should have stuck it out - but first impressions really count and theirs were pretty bad.

A little hard to locate but once we did it was great. We chose to sit outside at the tables in the ally way. Traffic time so noise bur fun to be out watching all the people. We were early for dinner in Italian standards and had all the space and time to ourselves.

Dalla cucina ho assaggiato solo le linguine al cartoccio. Ottima presentazione e ricche di frutti di mare e gamberoni ma praticamente nullo il condimento. Peccato.
Per il resto cantina fornita di tutti i vini campani e ottima selezione di grappe, whisky, ecc.
La pastiera troppo dolce per i miei gusti.
Personale con il broncio. Forse perché il Napoli non è passato in coppa Italia

Abbiamo preso due pizze, era una cena rapida per questioni logistiche. Impasto molto buono, leggero. Il mio pomodorino fresco era altrettanto buono, olio in quantità moderata. Servizio veloce. Consigliato.
