About the restaurant A Tu Gusto

El restaurante A Tu Gusto es un local polivalente situado a escasos metros de la espectacular Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia.

El carácter de su cocina es la del Mediterráneo: cambiante, espontánea, con destellos creativos y platos tradicionales. La fusión de la gastronomía nacional e internacional va de la mano de Salvador Furió, propietario y cocinero del restaurante A Tu Gusto. Todos los suculentos platos son de elaboración propia y también los exquisitos postres.

Tras años afianzando su cocina entre los paladares de los comensales más exigentes, el restaurante se consolida y se caracteriza por un trato formal y esmerado hacia los clientes, una cocina de mercado muy cuidada y una muy buena relación calidad-precio asequible a cualquier bolsillo.

The food was good however the night we were there, we were the only group so the atmosphere was a little quiet. I think it's likely a little too high end for the neighbourhood, but I must say the food was quite good. If it were just a little busier, it would be a great night out.

It was our second meal at this restaurant, both were very good. Dishes are attractively presented and made with fresh, seasonal products. We were given an appetiser and an entrée of autumn mushrooms picked by the owners. Value for money with the offer was very good but the prices of the menus are also fair.
