We greatly enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant; it was formal without feeling stuffy or like you have to whisper. It creates a very comfortable environment. The waitstaff was great, including the sommelier who knew exactly what we were looking for when we explained what we liked; he took our tastes and the menu for the evening and suggested a wine suitable for both which both myself and my husband loved. The food and service were amazing, with "experiences" performed at the table, which my husband was definitely a fan of.

It was oke but I didn't get the wow effect, it's very expensive considering that you can go to a restaurant with similar concept and spend half. The pigeon that is on the grand menu was like chewing gum, it's something different but they should change it for another one.

I had high expectations about this restaurant and I must say that I had mixed feelings. We had the "Gran Abac menu" On one hand the ambiance and "how they run the show" is perfectly organized and the food was imaginative and technically perfect. This last word is may be the reason of the strange feeling. A lot of technical aspects and a perfect decoration and nothing really surprised me and those two sharing the table with me. We were watching the movie but we did not really feel engaged. I must say that I hardly remember any dish. In other restaurants I have previously visited years ago I still have memories of the impact I had. If I had to remark one or two I would say that the Bloody Mary was creative, and the one with oysters was also a good combination of flavors. We ate a lot of bread ( too much?) that seem to compensate the small size of the dishes. The chef was not available that day.

Exquisite. Every dish was perfect, creative, a harmonious blend of taste and texture. My favorite was the pine nuts treated as a risotto - rich, creamy, perfectly balanced. Will definitely return.

A awesome culinary experience. However, although i specified that one of us had food allergy to pine nuts, it was still used in the dessert, so that a lovely romantic lunch for the birthday of my girlfriend turned into a catastrophe when she made an anaphylactic reaction and on top of that we lost time because we still had to pay ! The day after they reimbursed me but all of that was not expected from a starred restaurant. A shame, because until then everything was perfect and the menu is an experience in itself.
