The staff were friendly but the food was disappointing. Cauliflower cheese did not have any cheese on it (or very little); fish pie was very dry.

Went quite a few years ago. The food had been wonderful and the view was amazing so I recommended it. The service was very good this time but the food was disappointing.

The manager went out of his way to accommodate us. The service was excellent and the food very good - not your usual pub grub! We are also happy that they welcome dogs.

Service warm and engaging, menu interesting, the wild garlic soup, cheapest dish on the menu and delicious. The sirloin had too much fat cut off and the jus, whilst nicely reduced
