Abigail's Cafe

The food was good but lack of service. The waiter didn’t know how to answer simple questions regarding the small and simple menu. I only got a drink at the 5th order because they didn’t have 1)lemonade, 2) kombutcha, 3) tea of the day or 4)sider, Basically they had beer or water as plain cold drinks. This things can happen but is part of the waiter job to know what is available and suggest alternatives instead of taking the order and keep coming back with “we don’t have it, sorry” answer. In the end I have to ask for the discount to be applied. It’s a petty that the service is so bad because the food is quite good.

Very good brunch and friendly staff

I was a little disappointed as I had asked what was included in one of the acai bowls before ordering so o knew when I may want to add. Once my order did come it came with fruit I was allergic to (which had not been mentioned on the menu or by the service) and that it already had granola (which id order to add after being told there was none). I was then told I could not return any extras after being told I should get them. The bliss balls also crumbled into pieces as soon as I took a bite. Whilst the food tasted good and service was friendly. All in all a little I was let down and thought maybe a bit over priced.

Really nice cafe with very good coffee and super-friendly staff. The avocado toast was good, but lacked a bit of flavour, and the same happened with the açai bowl. Other than that I was very happy and the discount was great! Would return! :)

Excellent brunch veggie

During our stay in Lagos, we’ve been twice to Abigail’s cafe and had a wonderful breakfast. The food is fresh, nutritive, healthy, and the service was perfect. You must have the Olaf burrito, the avocado toast, and try an açai bowl. The pastel de nata they serve in combo with a coffee is also really good and cheap. We totally recommend the place 100%.
