Pleasantly surprised with quality of food and service. Very attentive staff who made sure my niece and I had enough food and drinks. Completely satisfied, thank you.

After booking afternoon tea on line for my friends birthday on 17.5.22 and not receiving confirmation i called later the same day to confirm the booking. I was advised the booking was in place and received an email to confirm. I then received a phone call at 4.30pm on 26.5.22 advising my booking needed to be cancelled. I explained it was to short notice to book something else. The lady came back and confirmed my booking would go ahead. We arrived and enjoyed our afternoon tea although when i came to pay i was charged more than advertised. The gentleman i spoke to rectified this however overall the experience was not ideal.

The afternoon tea was great and that was mainly due to the host (young lady with blonde hair forgot to look for her name she was working 02/04/22). We had booked it for a birthday and she had a table ready with a personalised card which was very thoughtful. We had last minute dietary requirements and she adapted really quickly. Everything was tasty and the host was very attentive. Can't thank her enough.

The experience we had for afternoon tea was great the service/staff were great The food was good. We had dietary requirements and they were attended to. So all in all it was lovely afternoon for my mom for Mother's Day

Would definitely visit again! The staff were superb- Very attentive, helpful and friendly. Thank you to Ryan for his excellent hosting. The afternoon tea was delicious- seasonal products and lots of it! The lounge was a lovely atmosphere to enjoy this experience in too. Will be going back without a doubt.
