Excellent
One of the best meals of my life — ordered a 7 course tasting menu and was given an extra 5 or so amuse bouches and deserts! This restaurant told a beautiful story through food and drink and Despite high prices, this meal is so so worth it! 5 stars, would definitely go back!
The food was great, and very innovative in presentation and flavor profile. Every dish had an X factor to it: surprising taste, surprising texture or some kind of drama. Definitely recommend!
Really recommended! Very professional staff, but you don’t feel like in a “museum”, the restaurant very “live”! The Chef is very kind))) and the dishes not small as usual in the restaurant like this one so was very difficult to ate the last positions????????????
Very good food. Grate service. Will be back soon.
Both service and food were excellent!
Having eaten at almost 80 Michelin Starred restaurants, worldwide, I thought the food, at aquolina, was beautifully presented but inconsistent, to say the least. Some of the flavour combinations didn't match for me, others were good. At a Michelin starred restaurant I expect all the dishes, on a 7 course tasting menu, to achieve the same level of excellence. it was interesting to compare the place to Michelin's best fish restaurant in the UK and although "Nathan Outlaw's" in Cornwall has 2 stars, Aquolina fell well short. Pity really. The staff were excellent. Perhaps I was expecting too much.
Small dishes limited choise you are supposed to eat ingruehich you are not fond of. The deserts where disappointing We expected much more from this upscale dinner
Wonderful restaurant, very tasty and interesting food, good service but a little too fast at times
Excellent service and inventive food
The perfect meal to end my trip in Rome. Absolutely sensational meal for seafood lovers
Nothing extraordinary. Paid €350 for two. I wouldn’t say its worth that price.
We had a perfect evening. The food is fantastic, very creative and tasty. Service couldn’t be better. It is not cheap but this can’t be expected for abtestaurant of this class. Compared to other 1 Michelin star restaurants this is even better. Highly recommended!
This has been by far the worst Michelin star experience in Rome over the past two years. One wonders how they obtained the star in the first place. The main restaurant was booked for a corporate event. Instead of letting people know the restaurant put us into the lobby bar space of the hotel.
Excellent food and excellent service. Truly lived up to our expectations
Food was excellent the best octopus I have ever eaten!
The evolution of Italian haute cuisine ! The "classici" menu is an astonishing take on well-known plates : you will remember their bruschetta, presented as a sorbet... The venue is tastefully decorated, the cocktails amazing and the presentation of all plates superbly mastered. The best part of it all being the staff and their perfect service !
Great service! Interesting food. Best for special occasions.
Fantastic restaurant and food..
The best dining experience we’ve ever had. We decided to end our trip in Italy with a unique experience and this was exactly what we wanted. We did the 9 course selection and were shocked when we realized we had been there over 3 hours. Time seemed to stop, it was incredible.
The tasting menu demonstrates you can be surprised and delighted over and Over And OVER, again!
