We had eaten once previously at Adrián Quetglas and loved it, so we lunched there today with high expectations. All of these were met and, if anything, surpassed. The food, the service and the ambiance were all spot on. The tasting menu was somehow more than the sum of the five courses. The wine pairings really worked too. Despite having a covetted star, this place is relaxed and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing service from start to finish. Food was imaginative and delicious. The only downside was the very short Van Morrison playlist. Got a bit fed up with Brown eyed girl the fifth time it came on. Still, I would definitely go back.

Fantastic food, top-nudge service and a great atmosphere. It is our global top-pick and we really like their approach about have a relax atmosphere and yet, the food is world-class. Their wine might not be world-class, but the pairing is intriguing and you get an experience you will appreciate.

I booked this as a treat for my husband's birthday. The taster menu was delicious, memorable, and every course was a dish with well-balanced flavours, even the bread with truffle butter was divine. The service was attentive and there was a sense of drama to each dish. It was also incredibly good value for money in my view. It was a hit for both my husband and I.

In the menu degustatión, some courses were quite tasteful while some were more to the direction of strange surprises. All in all, the journey was not smooth and understandable but, rather, bumpy.

The price was relatively low and the wine pourings were generous. The food: The servings felt disconnected without a theme and no connecting to Mallorca. Several of the main dishes had basic flaws, ie bones and cartilage in the fish. The service: Not a single glass was poured without spillage, almost like the wine was thrown from the bottle. The waiter was nice but very erratic and too quick (no explanation of the dishes beyond main ingredients).

Great food and service, everyone very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine pairing. Best tasting menu I've had in a long time. Beautiful attention to detail with the crockery and presentation too.
