One of the most highly-acclaimed afternoon teas in London, Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough is a multiple-time winner of the UK Tea Council's Award of Excellence. With pianists in the background on select days, visitors can indulge in a quintessentially British tea, served in either the Venetian-style dining room, or the ‘Withdrawing Room'.
The exquisite Céleste dining room at The Lanesborough has partnered with the beloved, aesthetically pleasing pink bakery, Peggy Porschen, for an exclusive fairytale-esque afternoon tea. Working with the acclaimed baker Peggy herself, the tea will serve up signature bakes including a slice of one of Peggy's sumptuous layer cakes, classic sandwiches and scones, as well as speciality teas. Starring plenty of florals and pastel pinks throughout, there's no doubt this will be a unique and picturesque teatime experience. Available 5th August to 11th November 2021.
Enjoy a glass of the finest champagne with exquisite patisserie, and sumptuous scones with homemade jam and clotted cream. Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough also includes a variety of finger sandwiches as well as an exceptional selection of teas and infusions. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available, please notify the restaurant no later than 48 hours in advance of your booking.
