6/10We booked 2 days in advance and booking and communication with owner when fine. We selected the menu beforehand and the timing was confirmed. Upon arrival we was contacted by one of the staff members, who quickly tolled us that he would notify the kitchen and come back to us. After us more guest arrived, and the staff didn't really seemed to manage the amount of guest. Even we asked for Service 3 times while waiting, as we noticed locals was shown to the table even arriving after us, we ended waiting 35 mins before shown to our table, which was not the best start of the experience. The staff apologies for the waiting time, but maybe the management need to look more into the staffing plans
