This little restaurant was incredible! All the ingredients were locally harvested, super fresh and delicious. The plate of mixed antipasti was especially good. The price was very reasonable too. All the staff was friendly and took special care with our daughter’s allergies. We would definitely go back and try a different dish.

Il nostro ristorante nasce come compimento di un ciclo produttivo aziendale, dove puntiamo a modificare le nostre materie prime e portarle sulla tavola "From Farm to Table".

Produciamo; Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva, Miele, polline e derivati, Farina, Pasta, Ortaggi, Frutti e derivati. Ciò che non produciamo viene acquistato in piccole aziende il più possibile vicine a noi per garantire al consumatore la filiera a km0 o comunque l'alta qualità toscana certificata.

I nostri piatti sono principalmente appartenenti alla tradizione toscana, ma, parlano di noi e delle nostre origini, con contaminazioni marchigiane e siciliane ed un pizzico di fantasia ed originalità.
