The staff seemed bored, only interested in each other. The quality of the food was poor and came too quickly to have been freshly prepared. The deserts especially were tasteless. We booked Agua on the recommendation of The Daily Telegraph, I can only assume they ave not been to your establishment for quite some time

Party of four. One entree undercooked, one overlooked, one served without vegetables listed on the menu, squid flavorless and not eaten. Not asked if food good or why not eaten. Basically acted as if they were doing us a favor to have us as guests.

It's a lovely restaurant and we had a table on the outside terrace, right by the sea as requested. Food was very good but it would have been nice to have been prompted to order extra side dishes as my cod loin came with just a puree and no other vegetables and we had to ask for bread. The dessert menu descriptions could be a bit clearer and perhaps a bit more variety. Service was a little slow at times, I had to ask for milk to go with my tea a couple of times and it was quite hard to attract the waiter's attention. All in all a nice dining experience.

Fantastic restaurant by the beach. We spent a nice couple of hours eating lunch and drinking wine in the sunshine. The food is delicious and service is good, we will return.

Was advised this place did classic paella but it seems not. Requested outside table and although there seemed to be places told none available. Sat at an inside table with snooty guest and waited and waited and waited to be served or offered drinks. Got fed up and confirmed no paella so left disappointed. Cannot comment on food as we never got that far. Staff need to consider guest more.

We've been to Agua many times and it's always been consistently good. I'd recommend the spicy potatoes, croquettes and squid. However, the fideua on this occasion was too salty for our liking. Overall we would recommend Agua, and if the weather is nice, it's good to sit outside on the terrace. The staff are quite helpful even though we only speak English.
