My family and I went to this place and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Very warm welcome and with the utmost respect for safety standards; what about the food, nothing short of sublime, truly capable of transporting you to Japan with refined and high quality dishes in a relaxing atmosphere where professionalism reigns supreme. An experience for the palate that cannot be renounced. Also got a take away box for the kids at home. Not to be missed!!!

Delicious sushi! Little bit out of the centre of the town but we chose to take a nice walk. Quality was amazing and the oysters were great! Would definitely go back for them ????. Outstanding service and gorgeous interior!

The staff was very nice and attentive the intere meal and the food was delicious. According to me Aiko chef Kajihara is one of the best shokunin in the South of Italy. Highly reccomended.

A respectable fusion sushi, where Japanese tradition blends with Mediterranean flavors. Elaborate and well prepared products give a unique experience. The staff are extremely courteous and welcoming. Absolutely to try.

Excellent sushi in Matera, it is à la carte so we are talking about very high quality, sea urchins, red shrimp, possibility of taking a mix of 40 or 60 fusion pieces of the chef's choice, super correct prices for the type of sushi that I repeat, amazes beyond that for the quality above all for the imagination and the presentation
