Excellent
First, as a chef, I wanna you guys know, the dishes should be more careful about the decorations, I love the magret de canard rôtie but the amuse bouche and entree were a pit disappointing, the pairing of the ingredients is confused, the corn and coconut are not so harmony. I believe it will be better by using wax gourd or sticky rice. The main course of the fish, uhh a bit of over seasoning but the canard is extraordinary, I love it. Desert, excellent, I love it. Hope next will be better, I will come again.
Un bon moment ,
Lovely decor, great service, food exciting and highly original.
excellent. Nous recommandons
Great food! Presented lovely. Exiting. Perfectly composed menu. Wonderful sauces. Quiet atmosphere concentrating on the different tastes. Great wine (bit expensive, though).
We had very high hopes based on the reviews and the price level while booking the restaurant. However, the food turned out to be average and not good value for money. Taste pallette was quite lame and sometimes there were too many ingreduents used which diminished the idea of a dish. If one is looking for asian flavours this would not be a right choice.
Amazing. Hidden gem. Excellent menu. Soft and elegant. Truly a magical experience. We couldn’t be more happy with our dinner. My favorite dish was the dessert :)
Very friendly and informative service. There are just 2 set menus offered, neither of which had a vegetarian option, so if you wanted that, I think you would need to ask when booking. Clearly a lot of care has gone into the preparation and cooking of the dishes, which were well flavoured. But we all agreed that the dishes, especially the mains, were slightly too complex and that a simpler approach might have been beneficial. Short but well chosen wine list, largely based on the local Bordeaux wines, as you would expect, and a good price range, so there is no need to break the bank. All in all, a very pleasant restaurant and well worth the visit.
This place is a one of kind treat in Bordeaux! Fantastic flavors and presentation, top of the line service, and a very comfortable quite place to have a wonderful night out with someone special. Make this a must do stop when in Bordeaux!
Très bon
Que du bonheur !! Accord parfait ???? Finesse surprise et enchantement !! Un grand moment
The food has nothing especial and the time between plates was too long.
