I had been to this restaurant two times before. The location is great and the ambiance is nice. However, this time the food was really disappointing. We were with four persons and ordered multiple dishes and only the tonno tartar was good. For example, the spaghetti with sea fish was so bland and tasteless, and the sardines were not tasty neither. And, the carbonara with tonno was made with panna… very disappointing.

Fantastic setting overlooking the lovely church opposite. Nice to be eating al fresco. One waiter grumpy, rude and miserable as sin right from the start. Virtually threw our water into our glasses. The other waiter truly couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly throughout. Octopus salad generous and flavourful, fillet steak nicely cooked, good green pepper sauce. Breaded scallopini was soggy and disappointing. Grumpy Waiter flounced off when told of this, he did ask how our food was, after all. Wine pricy but good quality. A curates egg of a restaurant, so is difficult to score really.

Very romantic setting. Wonderful food and service and great salads which is unusual in Taormina. Lovely terrace overlooking the Duomo. Highly recommended. Wonderful dinner for our last night in town.

Absolutely gorgeous setting with the most delicious food and lovely, helpful staff! We went for the fillet steak with green peppercorn sauce and the lemon prawn risotto and would both give them 10/10 - best food we’ve had yet. You must give it a try!

We ate a dinner Al Duomo. Nice evening in a great atmosphere - the restaurant has a beautiful terrace facing Duomo. The service was perfect. We loved the appetisers, especially caponata and parmigiana. We were disappointed by the first courses - pasta was over cooked!

Service and food was excellent. A must go to restaurant in Taormina . Very centrally located in front of Suomi church. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit.
