8/10Staff were extremely nice, food was very good but a little too fatty (falafels). Ambience is nice but a little too quiet since not many tables were occupied, I'm sure it's more lively when they have live music. Otherwise a nice find !

7/10We were a little bit disappointed with the experience in fayrooz. Lebanese cuisine is the most famous from the middle east and is delicious but unfortunately, lebanese leople open restaurants in europe that are usually overpriced, with a fancy image but the food is not good. We had a menu with entree of kibbe, which wasn't fresh, the meat was dry and it had too much spice in it (both me and my husband are arabs). The fatayer was half full, salad was nice and the grilled meat in the main course was average. Rice was ok. We wanted to have a nice experience in a fancier arab restaurant because in vienna, you can mostly find arab fast food but not real restaurants. With the prices, I feel like the food could be better. I would love to see a nice lebanese restaurant in the heart of vienna

7.5/10We really enjoyed our dinner. The Fatoush was incredibly fresh and excellent! One thing to keep in mind is that the servings are quite large. The staff was great and service attentive. We definitely recommend this restaurant

5/10We’ve come to Al Fayrooz several times now and the food quality has really went from 10/10 to 5/10 We ordered the grill platter for 2 and the lamb chops were literally boiled instead of grilled without any flavour or anything. I doubt we will come back again.

10/10For a long, long time I've not been in some better place! Excellent oriental food, great service, live music and belly dance performance, totally different from Austrian culture and totally needed im Vienna! Definitely worth it and I can't wait to repeat it!

9.5/10Servers had a great sense of humour, really engaging and funny. We had the mezze starter for 1 which was massive and great value for money and then mixed grill too. The decor is abit questionable and underground but felt like it had existed in another time. Used a 50% off voucher from the Fork so the meal was super good value.

7/10Food was good, a bit dry. We asked for Hühnerfilet and that wasnt available. I wanted chilli and he said he doesnt have chili. Then i wanted chili flakes and he said he only has a different one and brought that after a slight argument. Argued with my friend when she asked him to pack her left overs in a rude way, i love al fayrooz but lately ive not felt welcome nor comfortable. The other waiter is much friendlier but unfortunately never there when we go. Not fully satisfied unfortunately.

9/10Nice restaurant with charming and nice waiters, who had good recommendations for the food. The grilled lamb meat was excellent, but the squid a little soggy. The place was decorated nicely for Christmas.

7.5/10Food was good, we ordered the lentils soup which we always have and we noticed it was thinner and had almost no taste, might’ve been mixed with more water? The starters were outstanding and main course also. The waiter was friendly. Waiting time until they took our order was long and waited long for the main course. Definitely worth it though. It was tasty and the atmosphere was lovely too.

10/10Difficult to find, but everything was fine. Especially the show after dinner was spectacular. When going down to the Restaurant you exit Vienna and enter Arabian culture and food experience !

9/10A great place that I can highly recommend, if you are up for something that is a bit different. Food was absolutely delicious with huge portions. The three of us shared a cold and a hot starter plater, followed by a mixed grill plater and a traditional lamb dish with a yoghurt sauce.
