It was the second time that we have dinner here. It is always perfect. The guys are very friendly and nice. The food is very good. The price is honest for the quality of the food.

Disappointing, especially after having hopes up reading positive reviews of others. The food is ok, although it is a shame when the chef forgets to put basil in the meat with tomato & basil dish. Very hard to get hold of waiters, even though it was not busy.
Overall, the place radiates a feeling that people working there don't really care about customers

From the time we walked in the door we were welcomed like old friends. The service was warm. The waiter took time to explain things to us,translate some terms and introduce us to a new local wine.
The food was delicious.
At the end of the meal we were given a tour of the gelato area. This included a history of their gelato, overview of the machinery and of course samples. We shall return.

We liked the place, great welcoming, good food and nice atmosphere. Perfect place for travelling couples leaving ambitions away and enjoying Bologna and its spirit. Do not demand to much and you will enjoy your visit. We will definitely come back as unfortunately we have not reached menu desert section.

Excellent meal. Great food and service. Only wish we had a home take back the food we couldn't eat to! Location is excellent. Prices a little high but to be expected in the location and worth it in any case.

We booked a table just for a dinner and we ended up dining there four days! The food is excellent, made with best quality ingredients and respect for the tradition. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, they even offered to cook a dish that was not in the menu. They also have an excellent wine list; all the wines are biologicals and produced in the area. The ragù is top-notch, like the tortellini in brodo, and the desserts are not to be missed. My boyfriend is a huge fan of their home-made panettone and I love the ciocolatto caldo, made following a XIXth century recipe and with real cream (not the sprayed stuff). It's addictive!
