8/10I visited this restaurant with my 2 children. Beautiful interior and friendly, prompt service. I ordered a few appetizers, 2 main meat dishes, and a plate of desert. Food was really good. My children and I enjoyed the food there. Only thing was, there was Heat advisory on that day in Vienna, but there was no A/C inside. All the windows and French doors were open but it was still too warm.

10/10I recently dined in at Al Zaytouna Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that truly encapsulates the essence of Lebanese cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious, with every bite more delightful than the last. A special mention must go to our waiter, Ismael Al Kurdi. His welcoming and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Ismael presented us with the most delicious food and did so with the greatest attitude, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The meal began with a variety of appetizers that were fine. However, it was the main course that truly stole the show. The mixed grills were perfectly prepared, mouth-watering, and bursting with flavor. Each piece of meat was tender and expertly seasoned, making it a dish to remember. Al Zaytouna Restaurant is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Lebanese cuisine with superb service.

3.5/10We visited this place last month, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The service was abysmal, and the staff were incredibly rude. One waiter made fun of my two-year-old daughter’s hair, saying it looked like “absi,” which made her feel intimidated and caused her to pull her hair. Another waiter was sarcastic, mocking me for using the term “mtawameh” for garlic paste instead of the Syrian “toomyeh.” Yet another waiter showed complete disrespect by hitting my sister’s shoulder when he brought the check, thinking he was being funny in front of her husband. They even had the audacity to charge us for tap water, claiming it was different because of the way they fill it, making us feel stupid. Additionally, they moved my daughter’s stroller without asking, causing my jacket to get caught under the wheel. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. 5.5/10Grape leaves were flat, pickled vegetables tasted a bit rancid but not sure if that was something about the seasoning. We ordered fried cheese but was told 10 minutes later that they were out. Ordered Lamb skewers and lamb chops as main dish, and was notified 30 minutes later they ran out of lamb chops, so we decided to order a second set of lamb skewers which cam out 40 minutes after the first lamb skewer and only 5 pieces compared to the 10 pcs on the first order. Didn't bother to order dessert in case any more delays and out of stock items. Would not recommend this place to friends or anyone I know visiting Vienna.

10/10Delicious food and elevated atmosphere with reasonable prices. A perfect place for meat lovers and vegetarians to both be fully satisfied. Perfect place for a first date, with a nice view of the MAK across the street. Friendly waiters!!!
