Splendid. We chose to follow the menu of the day and were 100% happy. A real celebration of food and wine: excellent quality local and seasonal ingredients masterfully prepared by the Chef to please every gourmand. Portions are just right to leave room for all the extras served (amuse bouches, pre-desserts). We left full and happy
