My partner and I needed a nice place to have dinner the night before our early morning flight and as Europe is generally a later dining place, we needed a 8:30 PM reservation.. Albarama opens at that time and we went there for the most delicious meal we've had in Europe for out three weeks vacation. We started with sea urchin with quail egg on top. Our curiosity was more than approved as we both liked it. We basicayhad three tapas before our main and couldn't have been more satisfied. The wine that was recommended by the (full of himself) waiter was a local Sevillian choice that was great. OK, the waiter was a little precious but that was ok.
