The older gentleman was very inconsiderate and rude. I arrived, starred at my shoes (special ones I wear for comfort as I am pregnant. Just before I ordered dessert , he moved the extra chair at our table to one side and added another table - which was very rude and inconsiderate despite not communicating this prior. Very intrusive and bad mannered. My mother & I chose to not order dessert and left early.

Vegetarian sandwiches weren’t tasty and didn’t like the choice of bread they came in - bit of a surprise

Service is nonexistent. Waitresses preferred to chat at the bar than look after the customers. Dim sums were soggy and mushy, schnitzel was dry and nearly burnt. Definitely went downhill

The food was amazing! Incredibly tasty! Service very professional as expected. The terrace is nice with the lake view, the only thing is that the lounge is slightly less interesting than the main terrace in terms of design but this would be the only remark if any.

Great concept of eating Swiss specialties in a heated télécabine on the terrace overlooking the lakeside. The food was excellent and the Chef went out of his way to welcome us. The service was a bit slow and being outdoors in a closed télécabine made it difficult to order while the wait staff were working mostly indoors. I had to call the hotel restaurant/lounge to order which was a little awkward. Overall, I would definitely recommend a try!
