I have been to this restaurant for the second time, but unfortunately the treatment for my dog was the same. They reserved a table for us in a corner with boxes behind me and Very close to the door. Even before we sat down they told me that the dog was not to molest anyone and that I had to keep him in the corner. There were people who took off their shoes during dinner and were not told anything , while my dog was a guarded on sight. I wanted to come back because the food is good, but unfortunately even though they write that it is a pet friendly place it absolutely is NOT. So I don't find this correct.

Gabriel and his team were the best in our first trip to Europe. The food was excelent. Everything! They make you feel like in home ???? If you want to taste the real food from Spain, Alegoria Restaurant is the place! ????

A great little restaurant near, but off the beaten track. Excellent food and service - and very reasonable prices. It gets very full so booking is essential. Recommended.

Great hidden gem. We ate a rice menu for 2 and everything from the olives to the wine was delicious. It brings generous portions of a crispy salad, serrano ham and pan de tomate, a delicious seafood rice, dessert for each and a bottle of wine. If you at the ramblas and don’t want to fall in a tourist trap, go here!

We found this place on the fork. It was amazing the food very good. The mussels were super good and i’m from the south of italy. I’ll come back for sure !!

I was not expecting this level of quality regarding not only the food but also the service, the dark rice paella was a very good surprise, and the quality/price is amazing Highly recommend

The food and portions were good everything was fresh but not something exceptional.The only thing that bothered us was the unwelcoming attitude of the waiter , when a restaurant charge's 35-50€ per person the least that you expect is a moderate smiling staff. Yes you are in heart of Barcelona yes you can charge high because you are near la rambla., Yes you serve decent food....but you can do better.

This was the second time at this small restaurant tucked away off the Ramblas. The food was excellent and good value. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the owner and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend
