8.5/10Raff and his team always do a great job. Been coming to Alfresco every time we visit Surfers Paradise over the past 30 years and have never been disappointed. Fantastic food and service. Thoroughly recommend it.

8.5/10We were warmly welcomed by Raff who set the tone for excellent service from all of the staff. There are 2 sections which they try and fill in sequence. If you are early there is therefore a choice between noisy & packed or less busy and quiet in the alternative section. The food is standard Italian pizza and pasta fare, which arrives quickly after ordering. It's BYO too which is good as it keeps the cost down for families & groups, although the wines aren't too expensive. The food prices are probably a bit high for the standard offered, however, the pasta mains were generous helpings.

8.8/10Was looking for a good place to have pasta after being on the Goldcoast for 9 days and this place didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly, the service was good, the prices were reasonable and the servings were generous. Probably the best place that my husband and I ate on the Goldcoast during our 9 day stay. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting authentic Italian food and especially someone that wants pasta like mum makes.

9.8/10Food here is sensational. There were 6 of us and I had a mouthful of everyone's meals. Delish! The best was the pesto gnocchi, followed closely by the Veal Alfresco. If you live in the area.. this restaurant is an institution!
