The food and service are excellent. The personal attention provided by the staff and the Chef was appreciated. The only negative thing is the location without parking. The restaurant should warn clients beforehand and suggest parking in an underground area at 5 minutes walking distance

Interesting and largely effective fusion of traditional Mediterranean cuisine with exotic ingredients, served by many (including the chef himself!) for a reasonable price. Comfortable, if rather minimalist locale, smack in the town centre.

This restaurant fully deserves its Michelin star rating. From the booking to arrival, service, food, choices, staff efficiency and pleasant professional service, our visit was exceptional . We are so delighted we chose this restaurant and will certainly be back again. To all the staff from front.of house to kitchen, well done.

El restaurante es muy bonito, acogedor y moderno. Los entrantes regu. Buenos pero algo rudos. Los principales fenomenal, igual que los postres. Hemos estado buena parte de los entrantes sin bebida, nos han puesto la de llegada y no la han repasado, algo que no me ha parecido correcto. Por lo demás el servicio ha ido bien. Los camareros agradables y cercanos, y aunque un poco lenta entre algunos platos, el devenir del menú ha sido muy acertado. Si me pregunta si volvería a comer aquí sería un SI, aunque en vez de menú probaría la carta.

It seems that they are still a bit unfamiliar with their changed status. The service is actually and absolutely no different than in other normal good restaurants . For some dishes , a little more balance is needed. Especially the ratio between sauce , seasonings and main ingredient could be better . But I do think they will evolve and learn from what they make. The wine list was an absolute must with a good balance of top wines from a bit everywhere .... What also bothered us was the direct heating and ventilation that created a constant wind! The "timeless" and "beautiful "pipe system with an industrial look is too direct and ok for businesses where you only have to be in for 20 minutes!
