Good products (except sturgeon). Very good service. Dishes bland and uninspiring. A special note on the sturgeon: the fish is definitely not wild-caught bit obviously farmed: it has a very distinctive and bad stale-water taste and smell. Totally NOT what sturgeon should smell and taste like - looks like the chef has no clue about the product and how to cook it. Pretty disappointing for a Michelin-stared restaurant… So if you go - have the chicken: it was also bland and overdone and you could easily do this at home even with the slightest cooking skills but at least it does not taste disgusting…

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Havel. Kreative, moderne Küche mit stimmiger leckerer Weinbegleitung. Toller Service. Da darf man sich auf den nächsten Besuch freuen!
