Went for a pre birthday celebration and was not disappointed,the host was amazing as was the ambience and food a truly wonderful evening and would recommend to anyone who loves good food.

Everything about this place is perfect: the food and wine selection, the ambience, the attentive service. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and had a memorable anniversary dinner. We will come back as often as possible.

Lovely setting. Reasonably good food. The owner made an effort to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend. There was a serious downside though. When my girlfriend wanted to order just a starter and a dessert, the owner made a whole fuss about how that wouldn’t be enough. He said that every guest here orders a starter, main and dessert. He really made us feel uncomfortable making a whole fuss about it. The truth is my girlfriend has a medical condition so she really can’t eat much. If you want your customers to take a whole menu, then say so on your menu.

We ordered a variety of different dishes. Each one was perfectly prepared and presented. Our only disappointment was that the wine we selected was not available. The overall experience was well above average and most enjoyable. Congratulations to the chef and to the host.

Dining in a hotel (we are not staying in) is not something we do often. However we are really glad we made an exception for this hidden gem. A great, cosy outdoor setting, excellent service and above all great food, most definitely value for money!

Lovely courtyard setting and still able to sit comfortably outside in mid October. Unique little restaurant. Great choice of food. Food quality was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Lots of attention to detail by the very friendly hosts. Would highly recommend and will go again. Date of visit: July 2022

What a wonderful experience! Tucked away in Benahavis is this quaint special little place.... spotlessly clean, wonderful atmosphere, attentive staff and first class food. Wonderful Spanish feel about the place and lovingly cared for by the devoted owner. I will be back and recommend to all my family and friends who visit Costa del Sol. Well worth the drive too! Beautiful village and wonderful scenery on our journey there.

Bernhard and Leslie have a wonderful restaurant with a great ambience, impeccable service and great food options. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and explain the food and wine with great passion. The food was interesting and flavorful, and don’t miss the dessert, overall great experience.

This hotel restaurant was an amazing experience from the moment of arrival with its beautiful entrance doors and lobby to the delicious food and excellent service. We were served 4 small appetizers “on the house” before our salad starter and entrees (Tajine of chicken & lamb; filet with four pepper sauce). The owners/servers were a lovely couple and the chef, Nick, was talented!!! We plan to return and include an overnight stay.
