4/10Slow service, small portions, overpriced food, had to ask twice for our 30% discount to be applied, uncomfortable seats, overly loud speakers next to us that they didn’t turn down despite us asking, no rooftop view from our table. Avoid.

9/10Me & my partner have been here before & enjoyed. Tonight we sat under the canopy due to rain & really enjoyed our evening. We had food drinks & all was good. It’s a bit pricey. & if any changes should be mad I would suggest that when you get seated , that a member of staff should be a lot quicker tending to your table & be a lot more happier. We will return.

6/10I booked a table a week ago expecting to be outside since it's a rooftop bar and when I got there I was told that I booked on fork instead of open table so I wasn't outside!?! What? How was I supposed to know that. Luckily the hostess sat us outside after 2h. Then as we were enjoying outside, my friend picked up her drink and the glass bottom fell off and her drink went everywhere, all over her silk skirt. And the staff were not very apologetic as they said it happens all the time and we were lucky she didn't cut herself. Not very professional. And then they did replace the broken drink but didn't offer to pay for the round until pressed. The poor waiter was very sweet but the management shouldn't have been so dismissive - I'm very disappointed.

2/10Nice views but the service is bad. Purposely booked a table for 3 and they squashed us onto a table only meant for 2 people, plus the table wasn’t ready for us as in it only had 2 chairs. Due to this only stayed for 1 drink and then went somewhere else.

9/10We didn’t eat in the restaurant but did have a booking in Ameno rooftop bar. We arrived earlier than 4 and was told we could wait in foyer? Which was very warm , so we left and came back. Service was spot on and view was lovely and staff were also discreet but attentive at the same time. I do think if weather is nice the bar is missing a trip financially with only being open from 4… but we two ladies had a fab time

6.5/10A nice rooftop bar and staff are all nice and helpful. But the quality of the drinks are just not good. We were charged £12 for a virgin mojito which was extremely sour. Haven’t tried the alcoholic drinks yet but most likely won’t be returning.

7/10Beautiful rooftop as expected.. nice outdoor space, view ruined a little by xmas decor but a good view of london eye towards end of rooftop.. would be lush in summertime. But cold outside even with heaters in winter, so layer up. Fair priced drinks for the venue, didn't get to try any food
