A quaint little restaurant, this was our 2nd time of visiting and we were not disappointed. A little gem, we will definitely be back again later in the year.

Really good. Normally go to alambique in Quinta do lago but tried this restaurant. Not quite the ambience but really tasty food and really well priced wine. Definitely going again

I am almost reluctant to recommend this restaurant as it is so good I’m afraid I might not get a table the next time I am booking ! For the bistro bites we had oysters, fried beef , chicken strips and beetroot and goats cheese salad And for mains we had duck and cod. Everything was served timely and cooked perfectly. Will without doubt visit here when in Almancil

Ambrosia never fails to deliver. Great quality ingredients cooked and served professionally by people that are obviously looking to please their clients. The duck is something else - I have not eaten better anywhere else. The wine list is based on Portuguese wines and is very reasonably priced. If you like a dry, mineral white look no further than the Rocim from Alentejo - so good !

This was our first visit and it was excellent. Leo, our waiter was very attentive, efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed the food and wine and thought it was very good value. The ambiance in the restaurant was lovely and everything exceeded our expectations. Thanks

Eaten here when it was the old Fleur do sal, now a lot brighter with great views, food and service excellent, dish of the day only €12 ????
